Do you accept my insurance?
We are considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill—an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
Superbills are available at the beginning of each month upon request.
Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

Can I pay with my FSA or HSA
Yes!
Can I see you virtually for services if I live outside of NC?
Yes. Physical therapists must be licensed in the state where the client is located at the time of service. Before providing care, I ensure that I am properly licensed to practice in your state.
If you’re located outside of North Carolina, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to check my current licensure status or pursue interstate compact licensure as needed.
Please note that mindset coaching and wellness services are not considered licensed healthcare and may be available regardless of location.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and major credit and debit cards, in addition to FSA and HSA cards.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
North Carolina is a direct access state which means that you do not need a prescription from a doctor to obtain physical therapy. However, we can and will remain in close contact with your doctor if you choose. We prefer to stay in contact with your oncology team to work collaboratively.
